As yoga had changed our lives, we also want to bring something good into yours.

There is not always time to drive to the studio, not everyone feels comfortable practicing in large groups. Hence the idea to lean over each individually, at a time and place designated by you,  at your own pace. After all, “Yoga is not a race. It is a journey within, in which we are both a student and a teacher.” – Judith Hanson Latter.

To help you achieve your goal, we offer joint yoga practice, massage, but also training programs tailored to individual needs. We know from experience that such a holistic approach brings the best results.
